Under the railway bridge, at the junction of Park Road onto St George’s Road, Portsea, Portsmouth.
Street view from under an overhead railway bridge. There is an unknown man walking towards the camera on the left hand side of the frame, he is dressed in an old naval uniform. To the left there is a big pillar fixed into a stone plinth in the pavement. In the background there is a lorry and a car parked outside of a garage called Empress Garages.
