Royal Portsmouth Hospital, Commercial Road

Originally founded at St. Georges Square in 1821, the hospital moved to Commercial Road in 1849 and became known as The Royal Portsmouth, Portsea and Gosport Hospital.

The hospital closed in 1979 and was eventually demolished. A Sainsbury superstore now sites on the site (As of Jan 2019).
